La Cuvée
The Atypique cuvée takes its name from the originality of its blend in particular with Chenin. The vines are located on the stone of Pomport plateau. The vines draw their strength and robustness from the rock, which gives the wine its minerality.

Grape Varieties: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Gris, 10% Chenin, 10% Sémillon, 10% d’Ugni Blanc.

Vinification :
Pellicular maceration for 12 hours.
Only run-off juice Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels.

Ageing :
On fine lees in oak barrels for 6 months. Regular stirring of the lees during ageing.

Tasting notes :
On the nose there is the presence of exotic fruits.
On the palate the attack is lively and ample. As the whole, the palate is mineral, fruity, with a nice acidity. The final taste is very long.
